What are the reasons to have an online Video?
I've spent time with few lawyers, looked through their profiles on directories and websites to help them be perfectly set up with all the benefits that those services offer. Bios, photos, service areas, specialties, skill sets, recommendations and customer reviews. Do you know what they all concluded? "You've got to have a unified message”. The way I explain it is that you’ve got to have a coherent brand message for all the shiny new websites to really work in your favor.
To be found You will need to create content online that will get seen, read and +googled.
With Blogs and videos This content creates an opportunity for you to display why you are a leader in your community.
You are busy; filing dates, appointments, deadlines, court appearances and schedules.
You have obligations without adding internet marketing, blogging and video. When will you write a few blogs, script a video?
Why would you do it?
1) Establishes your authority
2) Content Marketing
3) Clients are informed
4) Manages your Brand and Reputation
5) Content can be syndicated
How are you getting new business from the internet? What is the message you want to get out to your client prospects?
It is that you can identify and solve their problem.

Shadi Nasseri: Well, we specialize in real estate law, so I am a real estate lawyer, and I only do real estate transactions. That includes Purchase and Sale Agreements, as well as refinancing of Homes and Condominium units.
My office is located Downtown so its reachable by all the people who live or commute or work in the Toronto City Core; I do private mortgages, asset purchases, commercial transactions, lease agreements, anything related to real estate.

Shadi Nasseri; Actually I have seen quite shift in recent months, in the last year or so, I've seen a lot of single women purchasing condos. and as a woman myself that makes me very proud, Its no longer that couples are buying homes together necessarily or men buying homes by themselves,
A lot of women are saving their money, and putting it into investing in the real estate market.
